Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and phone to our Slovakian-speaking clientele

• Collaborate with your team to achieve service level agreements and maintain quality standards
• Document customer interactions accurately in the support system to ensure consistent service

Requirements

• Fluent in Slovakian and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new vibrant culture
