The client:
Part of an international group, our client is a renowned and established manufacturer serving demanding customers with high volume products.
The role:
Reporting to the Group HR Director together with a functional report into the Managing Director, you are responsible for providing directions to a small HR team and for leading all operational HR issues on site. You will actively participate in the development and delivery of the HR strategy in line with the Group Human Resources policy.
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the recruitment of the open job positions on site (recruitment strategy and recruitment process from the definition of the profiles, sourcing, support or not from the agencies, interviews, and integration)
- Organization of the integration for the new starters and managing the formalities (mandatory documents, employment contracts, medical visits).
- Creation of training and development plans (matrix of skills, the training plan, annual appraisals, in accordance with the Group policy).
- Employment administration (management of the contract, sickness, sick leave, social legislation, etc.)
- The temporary workers (recruitment – following the agencies – in the context of a low number of temporary workers).
- Managing the relationship with Unions, leading internal communications, and making sure that all the processes in place are compliant.
- You will manage the HR Budget at the Group level.
Person Profile:
- You have a completed Business Administration degree with a focus on human resources, and you have acquired experience of at least 5 to 7 years in a similar position, ideally in an industrial context including the management of the Union’s relationship.
- You have skills in HR development, individual and collective relations, and employee administration (including payroll).
- You manage the MS- Office Package and you are comfortable with computers.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
- You are proactive and recognized for your communication skills.

- For EU roles, candidates must be eligible to work and live in the European Union. Proof of eligibility will be required with your application.
