To strengthen our HR Operations team in Ludwigshafen, we are looking for a motivated HR Generalist (m / f / d) who will play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll and administrative processes, while also supporting international assignments and driving HR process improvements.

In this role, you will be a trusted partner for employees and managers alike, combining your expertise in payroll and HR administration with a solution-oriented mindset. You will have the opportunity to work on both operational tasks and exciting projects in the areas of digitalization and process optimization, contributing directly to the continuous development of our HR function.

Your responsibilities
  • Advising employees in your area of responsibility on HR-related topics, particularly in payroll and administration
  • Supporting and preparing national and international payroll processes
  • Independently drafting contracts, employment references, and certificates
  • Participating in and coordinating employee international assignments
  • Supporting various projects focused on HR development, digitalization, and process optimization
  • Preparing statistics, reports, and analyses, as well as maintaining employee master data
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing HR processes and policies
Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or further training as a Personnel Officer, or a university degree with a focus on Human Resources
  • First experience in the area of HR Administration
  • Experience in payroll preparation, ideally also in an international context
  • First experience with international assignment topics is an advantage
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and solution orientation
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
