• Skillfully handle recruitment channel management and carry out personnel recruitment work, striving to find suitable talents for the company.
• Competently formulate payroll policies and ensure the smooth operation of daily payroll matters.
• Carefully prepare training plans and implement training activities to help employees improve their skills.
• Seriously prepare performance plans and execute performance evaluations to promote the growth of employees.
• Adeptly deal with employee relations incidents to maintain a stable working atmosphere.
• Earnestly take on Local local administrative management-related work, such as dealing with supplier management and visa processing.
