- Carefully prepare training plans and implement training activities to help employees improve their skills.
- Seriously prepare performance plans and execute performance evaluations to promote the growth of employees.
- Adeptly deal with employee relations incidents to maintain a stable working atmosphere.
- Earnestly take on Local local administrative management-related work, such as dealing with supplier management and visa processing.
Requirement :
