Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or People Partner in a growing organisation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to credibly engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of how people practices drive business success.
• Hands-on, able to build processes and frameworks from the ground up.
• Experience supporting managers with people decisions, development and performance.
• Ability to balance operational detail with a broader organisational view.
• Proactive, adaptable work style with ability to prioritise independently.
• Collaborative approach and genuine interest in improving employee experience.
• Familiarity with German employment legislation and fluent German.
• Experience in a highly technical, engineering-led, industrial, or safety-conscious environment.
• Exposure to growth or organisational change.

We are working with an ambitious space tech company in Germany to recruit a HR Business Partner who can help shape and strengthen its people function as the business continues to grow.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at different levels.
• A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how people practices contribute to business success.
• A hands-on approach and the confidence to build processes and frameworks from the ground up.
• Experience supporting managers with people-related decisions, employee development, and performance.
• The ability to balance operational detail with a broader view of organisational needs.
• A proactive, adaptable working style, with the judgement to prioritise and make decisions independently.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in creating a positive employee experience.
• Familiarity with German employment legislation and the ability to communicate in German.
• Experience working in a highly technical, engineering-led, industrial, or safety-conscious environment.
• Exposure to businesses experiencing significant growth or organisational change.
