Zusammenfassung

AllCloud is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the global Employee Success team in EMEA. You will advise managers and staff, align HR strategies with business goals, and foster a strong culture across the DACH region.

You will identify organizational needs, support development and engagement, and collaborate with finance, legal and IT to improve the employee experience as part of a dynamic, global tech company.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in HR business partner roles, preferably in tech/startup
• 3+ years experience with global teams
• Proven experience working with senior technical leadership
• Fluency in German and English
• Knowledge of DACH labor law and related regulations
• Strong communication and change-management skills

Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner at AllCloud, you will be part of the global Employee Success team, reporting to the VP of HR EMEA. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support. In this role, you will help foster a strong organizational culture, identify and address people-related needs, and coach managers to drive employee engagement, development, and business success.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Member of the Employee Success team and of the German team, building a strong business partnership with your teams by providing consultancy to the management and to the team individuals on organization and cultural related issues.
• Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employees' success.
• Conduct DACH market research to support internal salary benchmarking and role evaluation.
• Review and Implement key strategic HR Processes, policies and procedures.
• Support change management processes: perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs in partnership with the Business unit.
• Promoting Employee Success by providing guidance on employee relations issues such as performance, talent development, team building, org changes, etc.
• Support managers in building employee career paths and identifying development opportunities and training needs across teams.
• Build strong partnerships with the global Employee Success team to effectively collaborate and optimize for consistent employee experience and AllCloud spirit globally.
• Partner with other company functions, finance, legal and IT for a better employee experience.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external authorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR business partnership role, preferably in a high-tech/startup company, Professional Services or Consultancy firm
• 3+ years experience working with global teams
• Proven experience in working with senior technical leadership end to end
• Good judgment and ability to make independent decisions aided by process, documents, and management inputs where required
• Can scale from strategic to hands-on, having worked in both small/medium and big company environments is a plus
• Experience in organizing and coordinating company events.
• Fluency in Germany and English is essential
• Knowledge of DACH Labor Law and related legal regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a global environment / scaling teams
• Master’s degree in a relevant field - an advantage
