Zusammenfassung

Norconsulting is seeking an experienced HSE Technician/Supervisor for a major Stade, Germany project. Reporting to the Site HSE Manager, you will provide day-to-day field safety supervision across all site operations.

Responsibilities include inspections, PTW enforcement, risk assessment reviews, inductions, toolbox talks, PPE verification, incident tracking, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on HSE experience on industrial or construction projects.
• Working knowledge of German HSE legislation and EU directives.
• English proficiency; German language skills preferred.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts as required by project needs.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily HSE field inspections of work areas, equipment, and ongoing activities.
• Monitor high-risk operations (excavation, work at height, lifting, confined spaces, LOTO) and enforce PTW compliance.
• Review and support JSAs, method statements, and risk assessments with site teams.
• Support HSE site inductions, deliver toolbox talks, and verify correct PPE usage.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions, manage incident reporting, and track corrective action closures.
• Maintain accurate field HSE records and support emergency response preparedness.

On behalf of a leading international engineering and construction group operating in over 35 countries, Norconsulting is currently seeking an experienced HSE Technician / Supervisor for a major project in Stade, Germany. Reporting to the Site HSE Manager, you will provide day-to-day field safety supervision across all site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily HSE field inspections of work areas, equipment, and ongoing activities.
• Monitor high-risk operations (excavation, work at height, lifting, confined spaces, LOTO) and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) compliance.
• Review and support JSAs, method statements, and risk assessments with site teams.
• Support HSE site inductions, deliver toolbox talks, and verify correct PPE usage.

• Maintain accurate field HSE records and support emergency response preparedness.

Requirements:

• Nationally or internationally recognized HSE / Occupational Risk Prevention certification.
