Motherson SAS is seeking an experienced HSE Expert to support its plants in Leipzig, Meerane and Karlsruhe. You will lead health, safety, environment and sustainability initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on collaboration with plant leadership, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and the ability to travel regularly. German native and fluent English are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and ISO standards.
• Native German and fluent English language skills.
• Experience supporting multiple sites is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Implement corporate HSE policies and standards across assigned plants.
• Lead HSE audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
• Develop and execute HSE improvement projects and annual action plans.
• Deliver HSE training and support plant leadership in promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Analyze HSE performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Travel regularly between the assigned plants to provide on-site support and guidance.

• Native level of German and fluent English language skills.
