Motherson Sequencing and Assembly Services (MSAS) is seeking an experienced HSE Expert to support our plants in Leipzig, Meerane and Karlsruhe. You will drive health, safety, environment and sustainability initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across sites.

The role requires several years of HSE experience in manufacturing, a recognized Occupational Safety Specialist qualification, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Occupational Safety Specialist qualification or equivalent HSE certification.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and ISO standards.
• Experience supporting multiple sites is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Implement corporate HSE policies and standards across assigned plants.
• Lead HSE audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
• Develop and execute HSE improvement projects and annual action plans.
• Deliver HSE training and support plant leadership in promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Travel regularly between the assigned plants to provide on-site support and guidance.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement corporate HSE policies and standards across assigned plants.


• Lead HSE audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.


• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001).


• Develop and execute HSE improvement projects and annual action plans.


• Deliver HSE training and support plant leadership in promoting a proactive safety culture.


• Analyze HSE performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.


• Travel regularly between the assigned plants to provide on‑site support and guidance.
