Job summary

Norconsulting is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer/Coordinator to join a major power generation project in Berlin. You will coordinate HSE activities across the project, working with site teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.

Reporting to the Project Director, the role requires hands-on site experience, strong communication, and the ability to promote a robust safety culture throughout all construction phases.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as an HSE Officer, HSE Engineer or HSE Coordinator.
• Strong experience on complex industrial, energy or infrastructure construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• NEBOSH, VCA or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong hands-on experience working directly on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
