A major publishing company in Hamburg is seeking an HRIS Partner to enhance its HR systems, primarily focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders for system functionality, providing training, and managing HR projects. Candidates should have a solid understanding of HR processes, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and compliance awareness. This position offers a flexible work environment, development opportunities, and a central location.
As HRIS Partner (m/f/d) you will be part of our Group HR function. This team is rolling out global processes and concepts supported by SAP SuccessFactors as well as improving and maintaining existing functionality. It works closely with process owners, process specialists, local HR, and HR tech specialists to deliver the best possible solutions to the business.
