Your Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in the full cycle of HR, including budget, C&B, performance management, labour law compliance, and other HR projects.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Be the main contact for HR budget management, from annual budgeting to monthly monitoring, providing data analysis to support company HR decisions.
  • Manage daily C&B operations as the primary contact with payroll agencies and EOR vendors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding standard processes, including attendance, HR certificates, and policies.
  • Develop and assess engagement mechanisms to maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Act as the project manager for employee engagement initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of solid HR experience, preferably with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of individual and collective labour law; able to advise employees on individual issues.
  • Proficient in IT, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Open to new tasks, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Passionate and eager to grow with the company.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English, both written and verbal.
