Key Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct engaging new employee orientation sessions and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials to facilitate smooth integration
  • Process payroll information accurately and maintain complete employee records in the HR system
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and support full‑cycle recruitment activities
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines
  • Organize and execute team‑building activities and employee engagement programs to foster positive work environment
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, amendments, and related personnel files
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects to support departmental objectives and organizational development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
