HR Project Manager Recruiting (m/f/d)

Your job as a Recruiting HR Project Manager (m/f/d) is to reach the right candidates to match our customer profiles using your social and career networking skills, after which you develop subsequent career steps for these candidates. Your seventh sense is a central factor in assessing competence and taking into account candidate experience.

Should you find the responsibilities a little too challenging, don't worry, we work as a team! We take customer proximity literally and therefore habitually work on site with the customer.

Ideally, you have already gathered deployable HR skills as a recruiter or personnel officer in a preferably international setting, for example as part of a work placement semester. To us, work placements are valid work experience. Of course, IT skills in using the relevant recruiting tools as well as the application of modern interviewing techniques are always an added bonus.
