Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind online used car purchases for private customers. We are fast, data-driven, and always striving for the highest possible efficiency. But that's not enough for us! Our goal is to redefine the used car market for private customers through a best-in-class production process.

As an HR Project Manager, you will be a valuable addition to our international team. You will develop and monitor efficiency metrics, and help create the best possible workplace, defined by clear communication and motivating incentives.

You will work closely with our Production Management team on various topics and support our Production Centers with your organizational skills in daily operations.

  • Establish and monitor metrics for efficiency, communication, and satisfaction to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team in our production centers across Germany
  • Prepare reports to support decision-making related to capacity planning and incentive systems
  • Improve and oversee the performance bonus program for our production centers
  • Be responsible for workforce capacity planning and aligning capacity with company objectives
  • Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow-up actions, such as training initiatives and compensation adjustments
  • Previous experience in business development, people analytics, or similar fields
  • Very good skills in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with Workday, Looker, or Tableau is an advantage
  • Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, as well as excellent analytical skills
  • Assertiveness, a high degree of personal responsibility, a can-do mentality, and a data-driven mindset
  • Interest and courage to try new things and make a lasting impact
  • Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
