Strada is seeking a Junior HR & Payroll Specialist with German to join our team. You will support payroll tasks, monitor tickets, and work with the hrX suite to ensure accurate processing.

Strong confidentiality and data handling will be essential in a fast-paced, global environment. The role offers home-based flexibility with the chance to grow through diverse projects and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifikationen

• MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• German and English language skills at least B2 level.
• 1-2 years of payroll administration experience in HR settings.
• Ability to adapt to a global, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.
• HRIS knowledge and confidentiality handling.

• Support payroll tasks using ticketing and payroll systems per standards.
• Monitor ticket queues and meet defined timelines.
• Utilize hrX suite for payroll processing activities.
• Interpret payslips and follow payroll calendars.
• Identify deviations and support change requests.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Produce and review basic payroll reports.
• Verify data accuracy and respond to payroll inquiries via agreed channels.
• Participate in projects as needed.

Junior HR & Payroll Specialist with German

Key responsibilities:

• Support and manage payroll tasks using the appropriate ticket and payroll systems applying the defined standards and client specific requirements

• Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds

• Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and associated activities

• Be able to understand and interpret a payslip

• Be able to understand and follow the payroll calendar

• Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities

• Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information

• Produce and understand basic standard and client specific payroll reports

• Review and validate data for accuracy

• Answer basic payroll questions and requests through communication channels agreed for the client (phone, e-mail, ticket)

• Participates in projects and activites as needed and assigned

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Advanced German & English skills (minimum B2)

• 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment

• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment

• Attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

• HRIS knowledge
