The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience, be fluent in English and German, and possess a master’s degree in Business or HR. This role involves strategic partnership with departments to enhance manpower planning and employee engagement.

Qualifikationen

  • 5-7 years proven experience in HR field, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong experience in full employee life cycle and statutory compliances.
  • Experience as a generalist HR is required.

  • Provides human resources and administrative management to meet business objectives.
  • Leads HR processes, procedures, and tools for manpower management.
  • Ensures payroll system reliability and data security.
  • Advises Department Managers on organization choices and staff evolution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provides human resources and administrative management to the organization to meet the business objectives within a fair working environment
  • Leads the processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain and motivate the manpower according to Corporate and Division policies
  • Interface with Head of Departments and Managers for devising and implementing HR policies
  • Be a partner with the business, through participation in the business planning, performance and operational reviews and other activities
  • Ensure the reliability of the payroll system, control the payroll access and guarantee data security
  • Plan and adjusts short and long term manpower needs according to business evolution and according Plant budget
  • Advise Department Managers on organization choices and staff evolution
Competencies & Requirements
  • Business school, master’s degree, HR specialization is a plus
  • Good knowledge of local legislation
  • 5-7 years proven experience in HR field (with a minimum experience as a generalist), experience in industrial environment
  • Good experience in all HR processes and full employee life cycle, statutory compliances
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
