Tasks
  • Technical task management for HR specialists
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and individual contractual provisions
  • Conducting personnel selection interviews for specialists and managers
  • Implementing measures in the area of compensation and benefits
  • Designing and implementing HR projects in coordination with the HR manager, Level 2
  • Providing advice and support on all personnel‑related issues and aspects of labour law
  • Creating and maintaining project plans for HR projects, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Progress monitoring and evaluation, preparation of reports, and support in the preparation of HR controlling reports
  • Participation in the development, maintenance, and optimisation of HR processes
  • Participation in the design of works agreements in coordination with the HR line organisation
  • Ensuring targeted project communication internally and externally
Requirements
  • Completed degree with a focus on human resources, organisation, or labour law, or comparable qualification
  • Relevant experience as an HR manager/HR officer
  • Extensive knowledge of the Works Constitution Act as well as labour and social security law
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
  • Good user knowledge of SAP/R3 (HR)
  • High affinity for software and confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with a corresponding understanding of data‑preparation options (e.g., Pivot)
  • Open‑mindness and ability to work in a team

  • Knowledge and experience in the application of process optimisation methods
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, MS Project, MS Visio
