GAC Motor Europe B.V. is seeking an experienced HR professional to support our local organization and ensure compliance with German labor law and corporate HR policies.

You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage payroll coordination, and lead recruitment for diverse functions in a multinational environment. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience managing employee relations.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self-starting and hands-on.
• Flexible regarding frequent business travels when required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with local Labor Code and local collective agreements.
• Manage payroll coordination with external providers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Lead recruitment activities for commercial, technical, and support functions.
• Develop local employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely talent acquisition.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and terminations.
• Support collective negotiations when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Implement performance management frameworks aligned with HQ.
• Support annual appraisal and bonus review processes.
• Identify training and development needs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Support salary benchmarking and compensation review.
• Manage local benefits programs (insurance, pension, meal vouchers, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with social security and tax requirements.
• Provide HR insights and workforce planning support to management.
• Prepare HR reports and headcount analysis.
• Support organizational restructuring when required.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration
