Aufgaben

The Start2 Group is looking for an HR manager to lead and execute all aspects of people operations. In this role, you will ensure that our employees are supported throughout the entire employee lifecycle while fostering a positive, modern, and inclusive and entrepreneurial workplace culture. You will be the key partner for management and employees in all HR-related matters.

  • Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
  • Design and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance measures
  • Drive recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law, Arbeitszeitgesetz, and Sozialgesetzbuch
  • Act as trusted advisor to management on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Coordinate learning & development initiatives and performance management processes
  • Collaborate with external providers on payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Promote company culture, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
  • Utilize HR tools -Personio- to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations

Profil

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Several years of experience in HR management or similar roles
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law, Arbeitszeitgesetz, and Sozialgesetzbuch
  • Experience in handling work and residence permits with German authorities (Ausländerbehörden)
  • Hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust at all levels
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable using modern HR software (experience with Personio is a must)
  • High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
