Your Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from job posting to hiring
- Advising and supporting managers in all HR‑related issues
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
- Support of employees in all phases of the employee life cycle
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
- Organization and execution of training and development measures
- Contributing to a positive corporate culture and promoting employee engagement
Your Profile :
- Completed studies in human resource management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of labor law and experience in implementing HR projects
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with employees
- Independent and structured working style
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
