  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.

• Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement and monitor employee policies and procedures.

• Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews and goal-setting.

• Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions on Hr-related topics.

• Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Stay informed about trends and changes in benefit offerings.

• HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in Hr best practices.

• HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and analyze Hr metrics to assess the effectiveness of Hr initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities.
