Your profile

You are studying human resources management, business administration, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

• First experience and knowledge in the area of personnel development
• Safe use of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong organizational talent as well as a structured and careful way of working
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and independent way of working with a high level of initiative and motivation
• First practical experience in HR
