Your profile
  • Generalist experience with basic knowledge of labor law, ideally including the experience working with the works council
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, consulting, and negotiation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, Business Administration, Business Law, Psychology, or a related field
  • Service orientation, hands-on mindset, sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and passion for HR topics
  • Culturally open and competent for working in a multicultural European/Korean work environment
  • Fluent in German and English
Your tasks
  • Collaborate with Team and Business Leaders in regular cadence on all general HR related matters; Also facilitate sparring meetings to align on people-related considerations & decisions
  • Investigate identified areas of conflict and complaints across the organization, analysis of root causes and triggers, and development of effective countermeasures
  • Manage programs specific to the Service Parts Business unit, such as People Reviews, Compensation schemes, Succession Planning
  • Collect and evaluate the specific personnel data related to our employees to propose and initiate appropriate improvement measures
  • Organize Service Parts Business Mobis Day Event, and any other events assigned to Service Parts
  • Support WGL & CSO for Reporting HR related topics in Service Parts and participate various HR projects and transformations in the Service Parts Area
  • Initiate the review role for Hay Grades within Parts Division (including Fra Parts and PDCs) and managing the process of distributing evaluation grades for parts division (including Fra Parts and PDCs) the process of distributing evaluation grades for parts division (including Fra Parts and PDCs)
  • Collaborate and work closely with leaders, employees, the works council, and European HR colleagues to achieve organizational goals
  • Regular communication with PDCs to check their HR status and issues/needs, spreading and advising on Parts - oriented internal notice and guideline
