Currently, we are looking for a HR generalist for Elva.

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Project: Elva is a mobile app with a subscription for exclusive video content and tools for video creation.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the hiring process, including posting jobs, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
  • Developing, implementing and administering company HR policies
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with the team
  • Maintaining employee records and handling general employee inquiries and support.
  • Collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed decisions
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Manager, HR Generalist, in IT companies
  • At least 3 years of experience in closing positions for IT companies, both technical and non-technical
  • 1 year of experience as HR Specialist, with understanding how to develop and implement key HR processes: onboarding, probation review, one-on-one meetings, performance review, salary review, retention, offboarding
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical thinking and business-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate+ level of English
