Take on a pivotal role as an HR Director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and The Netherlands and make your mark across our diabetes business teams. As a key HR Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial part in enhancing employee experiences while accelerating business success. In this dynamic, results‑oriented position, you will collaborate with business leaders and the holistic HR function to lead transformative programs in talent acquisition, cultural evolution, Inclusion, performance and talent management, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness.
Reporting to a President HR, you’ll deliver strategic HR partnership and practical support to our commercial structure across a wide region of DACH.
You will be based in the Duesseldorf area, Germany and will manage a sub‑regional remote team, along with directly covering employee population and supporting senior business leaders in your region.
The Diabetes Operating Unit focuses on improving the lives of those within the global diabetes community. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. Our HR team will play a pivotal role in the journey to become a standalone company.
