You will work in a small, collaborative team across the full analytics process. The position is initially limited to two years, with the possibility that a longer-term opportunity may arise.
In People Analytics, we turn ASML’s workforce data into actionable insights. You will combine hands‑on data work with a strong understanding of stakeholder needs, balancing the development of new analytical solutions with recurring reporting activities. As an HR Data Analyst, you will:

Professional experience in HR analytics, HR controlling, data analytics, or a comparable field.
Relevant hands‑on experience gained through internships or working‑student roles is also valued.
Experience using modern analytics technologies to prepare, connect, analyze, and visualize data. This may include Excel, Power BI, Databricks, Python, SQL, data preparation tools, and generative AI tools that support analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience working with complex datasets and an understanding of data preparation, data quality, reporting, and dashboard development.
Fluent German and English.
Structured and analytical approach when working with complex questions, multiple data sources, and changing requirements.
Problem‑solving mindset and curiosity, with the persistence to test different approaches and resolve technical or data‑related challenges.
Strong ownership and initiative, with the motivation to think end‑to‑end and stay engaged with a topic until a practical solution is found.
Clear and effective communication, with the ability to make complex data and analytical results understandable to stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise.
Collaborative and reliable working style, enabling close teamwork across functions while effectively prioritizing multiple requirements.
Awareness of data privacy and responsible data use, with the ability to handle employee data carefully and apply relevant data protection requirements, including GDPR.
Job with bright future prospects at an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry in Berlin Neukölln.
Remuneration according to company collective agreement (with IG Metall) including 13th monthly salary and variable remuneration components.
Collective working time: 35 hours/week.
Flexible arrangement of your daily working hours (depending on the work area).
30 days of vacation.
Reimbursement of moving expenses for you and your family (starting from 100 km distance).
Participation in the Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP).
Specific advanced training and development opportunities.
Access to organized childcare and vacation care.
Comprehensive health and well‑being programs.
Mobility benefits to support your commute: company transit pass, parking card, and bike purchase program.
