Description
As the HR & Culture Manager, you will oversee HR operations for our German entities while driving initiatives that strengthen our company culture and people development.
You’ll serve as the local HR reference, support leaders, and ensure alignment between local practices and the global HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers across multiple sites
- Lead HR and culture-related projects, from planning to implementation
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding — including niche roles (Sales, IT, Quality)
- Identify and coordinate training and development initiatives
- Guide managers in performance reviews, career development, and mobility
- Foster open communication, employee engagement, and team cohesion
- Build trusted relationships with the Works Council and ensure HR compliance
- Promote company values, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture
Ideal Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a corporate or industrial environment
- Expertise in HR development, project management, and employee engagement
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English, able to operate across cultural boundaries
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus
