Position Overview

HR Coordinator for Technical Operations (m / w / d)

Location: Heilbronn (Neckar)

Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the entire employee lifecycle with a focus on technical and industrial personnel, including drafting employment contracts, preparing certificates, and maintaining personnel records and statistics.
  • Manage recruitment processes tailored for technical roles, including creating detailed job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and production supervisors to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of technical staff.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate timekeeping records, especially for shift-based and technical teams.
  • Organize and track technical training programs and certification renewals to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison for employee benefits related to technical staff, such as occupational health services, safety equipment, and mobility solutions like JobRad.
  • Participate actively in HR projects aimed at digitizing and optimizing personnel processes within technical departments.
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training with further qualification in human resources or a related field.
  • Solid experience in personnel administration, preferably within technical or industrial environments.
  • Proficient in HR software such as DATEV and familiar with digital tools supporting technical workforce management.
  • Good knowledge of labor and works council law, especially as it pertains to technical staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with an affinity for process improvement and digital transformation.
  • High degree of responsibility, independence, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with multilingual teams.
