At KWS Berlin GmbH we are seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner (m / f / d) who will be responsible for our various business in Netherlands and Belgium including KWS Vegetables partially.
In this permanent role - based in either our Berlin hub or one of our Dutch locations Nagele, Roosendaal, Andijk or Wageningen you will serve as a strategic advisor and collaborator leveraging your HRBP expertise to directly influence our local HR landscape.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is keen on designing, implementing and evolving the HR business partnering model for KWS Vegetables.
You will champion the workforce development, ensure compliance with local requirements, lead recruitment initiatives and foster a culture of open communication and continuous learning.
