Responsibilities
  • Manage HR relevant topics related to the employee lifecycle—hires, changes, exits—while keeping everything compliant and smooth
  • Dive into business data and trends to offer insights and smart, data-driven HR recommendations
  • Be a go-to sparring partner for our leaders—offering guidance, feedback, and support on HR matters
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders like our General Managers and Sales Area Managers from around the world
  • Partner up with our HR specialists (payroll, recruitment, etc.) to roll out company-wide initiatives and programs
  • Keep an eye on compliance and policies while being a helpful point of contact for employees with HR questions
  • Get involved in rolling out global HR projects and initiatives that shape the future of how we work
Qualifications
  • A degree in HR, Business, or a similar field
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally supporting international sales or commercial teams
  • You know your way around HR practices across multiple countries
  • You’re great at explaining things simply and building strong relationships
  • You have a solid grasp of international labor laws and how they apply in real situations
  • You’re confident influencing without having formal authority—and people trust your advice
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are second nature to you
  • Fluent in English and German—any extra languages are a bonus!
