Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising regional leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
  • Translating global HR strategies into locally relevant initiatives
  • Managing HR operations including payroll, data, reporting, and compliance
  • Supporting managers with leadership development and succession planning
  • Driving regional talent development and career growth
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Representing HR in audits and internal communications
  • Leading regional projects in Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Efficiency, and Wellbeing

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent professional certification
  • At least 5 years as a HR Business Partner, ideally in a multi-country or regional role
  • Solid understanding of Swiss employment law
  • Strong grasp of HR compliance, systems, and operational processes
  • Professional fluency in German and English
  • Experience with HR platforms such as Workday and/or SAP
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
