We're looking for an HR Business Partner - Dusseldorf/Oberhausen to join the growing team, working closely with senior leaders within the logistics division to design and deliver the people strategy for Germany.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving talent development, and supporting the cultural and operational scaling of a major logistics network.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will build strong relationships with senior leadership and operational teams, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across the German logistics network and wider European operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and deliver HR strategies that drive high performance.
  • Lead talent management activity including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet operational and leadership hiring needs across Germany
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment and full compliance with German labour regulations
  • Support organisational change and transformation initiatives in line with global HR objectives
  • Advise on compensation, benefits and HR policy to maintain consistency, fairness and compliance
  • Use data, metrics and insights to continuously improve HR programmes and processes
  • Champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion across all levels
About You
  • 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner, and industry experience within logistics, supply chain or a related operational sector
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR best practice
