Redstone Commodity Search is working with an international trading house looking to onboard a strategic HR Business Partner to be based in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an HR business partner (HRBP) to provide HR services across multiple business units in a commodities trading environment.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the employee life cycle, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand in key talent geographies through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and social media.
  • Prepare HR budgets in line with business objectives, ensuring timely, cost-effective hiring in accordance with established processes and SOPs.
  • Lead talent development, acquisition, and risk mitigation strategies, while supporting performance management and driving employee engagement.
Key Experience
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 6-8 years in an HR role within the commodities or trading industry.
  • Experience in a growing, medium-sized commodities organisation, managing HR processes across multiple locations.
  • Proven success in talent acquisition, compensation management, and diversity, with a focus on the unique demands of the commodities sector.
  • Proficient in the use of Digital HR tools for recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement in a trading environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage HR data to support business decision-making and improve HR service delivery.
