Our client, a leading international professional services firm, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their high-performing HR team in Frankfurt. This is an exceptional opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership and drive the people agenda across a dynamic, client-focused business.

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to your client groups, delivering a full spectrum of HR services including strategic workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. You’ll work collaboratively with both local and international HR colleagues to ensure alignment with the firm’s global people strategy while supporting the unique needs of the German business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance
• Drive talent, engagement, and performance initiatives
• Support organisational design, change management, and succession planning
• Lead on employee relations and employment law matters for the German entity
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver best-in-class HR solutions

Skills & Experience

• Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a global professional services environment
• Strong understanding of German employment law and HR best practice
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence at senior levels
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
