This is an exceptional opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership and drive the people agenda across a dynamic, client‑focused business.

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to your client groups, delivering a full spectrum of HR services including strategic workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. You’ll work collaboratively with both local and international HR colleagues to ensure alignment with the firm’s global people strategy while supporting the unique needs of the German business.
