Raisin in Berlin seeks a People Application Manager to own the administration of Raisin’s People applications and ensure smooth HRIS operations.

You will configure applications, oversee onboarding/IAM, and support integrations while collaborating with People Solutions leadership and IT to meet business needs. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with an analytical background.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or application management.
• Fluent in English; German would be a plus.
• Experience with Personio or similar HRIS is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own the administration of Raisin’s People applications and ensure smooth HRIS operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for incident resolution within the People tooling stack.
• Configure Raisin’s People applications to meet business needs in alignment with People Solutions leadership.
• Oversee automated onboarding and IAM of People applications.
• Support integrations of Raisin’s People applications with other stakeholders and IT.
• Document configuration and customization of Raisin’s People applications and interfaces.

• The People Solutions team serves as the strategic engine room of Raisin’s People & Culture team by building a secure, data-driven, and compliant infrastructure that scales the organization
• By bridging the gap between strategy and technology, the team optimizes HRIS systems to eliminate manual work, leverages analytics and AI to drive smarter business decisions, and acts as a compliance anchor managing audits, policies, and risk
• We are looking for a People Application Manager to own the administration of Raisin’s People applications
• You will ensure smooth operations of the HRIS and its connected applications and be the main point of contact for incident resolution with our People tooling stack
• You will configure Raisin’s People applications to meet the business needs based on the requirements of the People business functions and in close alignment with the People Solutions leadership
• You will look after the automated account onboarding and IAM of the People applications
• You will support seamless integrations of Raisin’s People applications in close alignment with People Solutions leadership and other stakeholders such as the Enterprise IT team
• You will own the documentation of configuration and customisation of Raisin’s People applications and their interfaces
