As HR Advisor, you will work closely with all DACH businesses and the HR Manager to deliver timely and effective HR support across a range of people‑related matters. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with employment legislation and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with both DACH and Group HR strategies. Success in this role requires building strong, trusted relationships across the business, balancing day‑to‑day operational needs with proactive, strategic HR activities.
