Your tasks
  • Assisting the HR management with all HR relevant topics
  • Supporting the department in all recruiting issues such as applicant screening, job advertisements and coordination of interviews, etc.
  • Support in the administration of the HR management programme HRworks, administration of personnel files, preparation of job references, etc.
  • Assisting in the administration of the Yalwa Academy by creating curricula and courses
We are looking for the following skills:
  • Apprenticeship or studies, preferable in the field of human resources
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of HR
  • Good command of German and English
  • Very good knowledge of human nature, empathy and social competence, coupled with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork
