Position: HR Account Manager

Location: Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Account Manager to support our operations across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This role requires strong administrative skills, a deep understanding of local labor laws, and the ability to manage HR processes with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guidelines.
  • Review and apply company policies in compliance with local labor law regulations.
  • Respond promptly to employee queries on HR-related matters.
  • Provide relevant employee information to the payroll department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Legal background with a focus on labor law (through education and/or experience) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Languages: English (fluent – required), German (fluent – required).
