Home Group Limited in Newcastle is seeking a Property Paralegal to support the legal team in property funding and management. You will review leases, transfers and planning documents, and produce reports to help the business understand its property portfolio and responsibilities.

You will collaborate with lawyers, external advisers and internal teams to ensure information flows smoothly and decisions are well informed, while keeping property records well organised to support strategic outcomes.

• Ability to use departmental and group-wide processes to drive continuous improvement across Legal Services.
• Strong understanding of Home's wider business context to provide effective, risk-aware legal advice.
• Experience handling a broad range of general property matters, working independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies.

The practical bits

• Work Monday to Friday
• You'll be based at Newcastle office
• This is a hybrid role and you'll spend 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home
