Job summary

A-ROSA Tegernsee invites you to join a comprehensive three-year apprenticeship in hotel management. You’ll rotate through reception, guest services, housekeeping, kitchen, service, event planning and marketing, learning on the job and through digital tools.

The program includes exams preparation, internal training, and exchange opportunities within the group. You’ll grow with a supportive team, benefit from a collective training allowance that increases yearly, and have good prospects of a

• You have a school-leaving qualification (we’ll teach you everything else).
• You enjoy working with people and are open, curious and eager to learn.
• Friendly, team-spirited and able to express yourself in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a three-year apprenticeship across Reception, Guest services, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Service, Event planning and Marketing.
• Learn and contribute in multiple hotel departments during the training.
• Prepare for exams and participate in in-house training and exchange programmes.
