For the Hotel Account Manager (Hotel Chains) (all genders) position, the future holder will be responsible for both corporate hotel program optimization (book ability & compliance of the hotel program, increase of corporate business) and the analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for strategic hotel chain partners in the respective region. You will be responsible to plan, implement and execute strategies and initiatives with your partners and at the same time elevate and boost our revenue streams.
The position is considered as an important interface between the requirements and needs of our corporate customers and hotel chain partners. You will collaborate closely with the enterprise and procurement department to achieve an outstanding customer experience. As direct report to the Director of Sales you’ll hold an important role managing and developing key hotel chain partner relationships.
