A leading hospitality group in Düsseldorf seeks a guest-focused team member to provide a seamless experience from check-in to service. Responsibilities include assisting with guest self-check-in, preparing drinks and snacks, and sharing local insights. Overview

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and ensure they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink
• Assist guests with the self-check-in process and also take on additional reception tasks
• Prepare cocktails, other drinks, and snacks, ensuring smooth service
• Take care of the breakfast buffet in the morning and enchant guests with barista skills
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing goods and maintain mise-en-place according to our setups and standards
• Share insider tips with guests about the best hotspots in the city

Qualifications

• Experience in gastronomy or hospitality is preferred, but you do not need to know mise-en-place initially
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
• Reliability, multitasking, and willingness to learn
• Empathetic, enthusiastic, and able to transfer your enthusiasm to others
• Good humor, loves teamwork, and enjoys guest contact
• Fluent in German and English
