Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides. With over 20 years’ service, we support seniors and people with disabilities to live independently at home. Benefits include flexible hours and competitive wages. Immediate orientation and same-day start available in many cases.

We offer daily pay for select positions, travel pay, vacation pay, 401k options, and referral bonuses. Work near you with short commutes and weekly pay benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED, or one year in-home care experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• No Experience Required.

Aufgaben

• Follow a care plan and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal prep).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition as part of the Health Care Team.
• Promote Addus HomeCare as the leading home care provider in the community.

We provide a range of services for our seniors and people with disability so they may live independently in their own home. Employment is steady and hours can be flexible to accommodate school, personal or family needs. With the recent growth of our office, Home Care Aides are able to work up to 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a Home Health Aide must observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider
