We are looking for experienced High Voltage Cable Jointers to support projects across various European countries.

CONCAPE is a recruitment consultancy specialising in direct placement, focusing on recruitment in the core regions of Switzerland and Liechtenstein as well as in leading European niche markets.

Responsibilities

• Installation, jointing, and termination of high‑voltage cables (11 kV–132 kV) for substations, transmission networks, and industrial facilities.
• Perform jointing, termination, and testing of HV cables (XLPE, EPR, etc.).
• Carry out cable preparation, crimping, heat shrink and resin joint installations.
• Work according to drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
• Test and document completed works to ensure quality compliance.
• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and utility clients.
• Ensure all work meets quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed electrical or power engineering qualification (apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an HV Cable Jointer (11–132 kV).
• Manufacturer certifications (e.g. Pfisterer, NKT, Nexans, Prysmian) are a strong plus.
