• have already created awarded ideas, but strive to get even better every day.
• can develop ideas, carry them around, throw them out, revive them and learn to love them anew every day.
• have mastered all channels and have a plan for current trends.
• you know TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest like the back of your hand.
• like strategy - and what it can be for creation: namely the best springboard ever.
• work well together with your art partners, but also with production and consulting both at the ice cream freezer and at the conference table.
• have had customer contact already and know that even the best idea has to be defended and sold.
• write clearly, explain precisely, dream confusedly and fight hard.
