Qualifikationen

• Solid professional experience in Health & Safety management with leadership or lateral leadership exposure.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities with ability to understand production and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and bridging functions and cultures.
• Certified auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001) desirable with hands-on audit experience.
• Fluent in English and German; open to international travel up to 40%.

Your Profile

• You hold a university degree in technical or business-related discipline, ideally with a focus on Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a comparable field.
• You bring solid professional experience in Health & Safety management and have gained leadership or lateral leadership experience in a complex business environment.

Your Tasks

• You drive the further development, implementation, and monitoring of Aurubis’ Group-wide Health & Safety management system, ensuring consistent standards across all sites.
• You actively shape and optimize the global H&S process landscape, identifying improvement opportunities and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• You plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits, helping to maintain the highest levels of compliance and operational excellence.
• You support the successful integration of Health & Safety systems at Aurubis sites and act as a trusted partner for H&S-related topics across the Group.
• You advance the digitalization of Health & Safety processes by enhancing H&S databases, ensuring transparent documentation, and enabling efficient data management.
• You foster a strong safety culture by delivering training, promoting organizational learning, and collaborating closely with international stakeholders.
