You will support daily operations, enforce quality standards, and lead the team to deliver excellent service. Ideal candidates have an apprenticeship in hospitality and several years in management, with strong service and kitchen knowledge. Proficiency in German and good English is essential.

• Responsible for a restaurant with about 50 guests
• Support of the Assistant Maître during the day-to-day business and the creation of the duty roster
• Organization and control of the subordinate Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
• Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
• Contact person for passengers for suggestions, proposals or complaints
• Motivating crew members to provide excellent service
• Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)
