HyImpulse Technologies GmbH, based in Baden-Württemberg, invites a System Design Lead to drive technical leadership within the System Design Team and steer complex aerospace projects. You will coordinate system-level development, conduct reviews, manage risks, collaborate with stakeholders, and advance verification and validation.

This role requires strong German and English communication, plus a structured, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field (Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering).
• Several years of systems engineering leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of system architecture, integration, verification and validation.
• Experience in managing complex development projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style.
